Try before you buy
Every exam section has a free preview: the topic overview, the overview video and one game. Please use it to decide whether the material fits how you study.
Refunds
If something you bought does not work, or a lesson or walkthrough contains an error that we cannot fix quickly, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund that purchase.
Upgrades
Earlier purchases count toward a bundle for the same exam, so you never pay twice for the same material. A refund of a bundle upgrade covers the amount you paid for the upgrade.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Access to the refunded material ends when the refund is issued.
